Stage 1–2: briefing and technical scoping
Briefing extracts the commercial truth: audience, message, proof, distribution and deadline. We challenge weak briefs kindly but firmly — a video cannot simultaneously recruit engineers, impress investors and go viral, and choosing sharpens everything downstream. Moodboards and references align taste before money moves.
Technical scoping converts the brief into an itemised plan: crew roles, equipment, setups, locations, talent, graphics and deliverable counts with a fixed quote. You approve scope, schedule and price in writing. Nothing films until this document exists — the single policy behind our on-time record.
Stage 3: the shoot day, hour by hour
Studio days open with environment checks: sound calibration, lighting verification, backdrop and teleprompter readiness — completed before you arrive. Shoots run from shot lists with built-in contingency ordering (hard setups first, easy pickups last), and client monitors show takes live so approvals happen on set, not in post.
Field days add location discipline: permission confirmations, soundboard liaison, weather and power contingencies, backup bodies and batteries. Wrap includes same-day media backup to dual storage — footage exists in two places before the crew sleeps.
Stage 4: post-production and structured feedback
Post runs assembly → review → revision → finish. Assembly prioritises narrative; client review happens on timestamped cloud links where stakeholders comment frame-accurately; two revision rounds refine cuts, pacing, subtitles, colour and audio balance. Grade and sound finish only after picture lock — polishing unapproved cuts wastes everyone’s budget.
Scope changes surface as transparent variation quotes: extra shoot hours, new graphics packages, reshoots. Substantial brief pivots restart scoping rather than corrupting the edit. This discipline is why our revision rounds converge instead of spiralling.
Stage 5: delivery, archiving and afterlife
Delivery means platform-correct masters: ProRes and high-bitrate MP4, multi-ratio versions, SRT caption files, audio stems and thumbnail frames — transferred via private cloud links with a documented asset register. Broadcast and projection compliance (loudness, safe areas) is verified before handover, not discovered at traffic.
Sixty-day archiving with free re-exports covers the inevitable afterthoughts — new aspect ratios, subtitled versions, festival cuts. Retainer clients extend to permanent vaults. Most productions earn second lives as cutdowns and recuts; planned at briefing, afterlife assets cost fractions of fresh shoots.
What we need from you at each stage
Briefing: one decision-maker, final offer details, references and access to locations or products. Shoot: punctual talent, approved scripts, on-call approvals via WhatsApp. Review: consolidated stakeholder feedback within 48 hours per round — the most common delay source industry-wide is sequential contradictory feedback, which consolidation prevents.
Enterprise clients receive procurement-friendly documentation throughout: VAT-compliant invoices, scope sheets, version registers and usage-rights paperwork. The process scales from ৳8,000 sessions to ৳12,50,000 campaigns without changing shape — only the crew call sheet grows.
